While it must be known that one role is not more important than the next in any sort of hierarchy, for the sake of structure and the avoidance of rebellion title roles must be made though one is not more contributing to the next.
These are the roles as follows for the guild of The Daughters of Innoruuk:
Apprentice Priestess: Apprentice Priestesses will usually be the newest members of the guild. The Apprentice Priestess has been accepted into the guild and is learning the ways of the guild, the ways to hunt, to kill and to prosper as is the way of the Daughters.
Priestess: The Priestess is a mature member of the guild. She has been in the guild for a bit of time and is ready to lead new apprentice priestesses on their path to priestesshood. This is a huge responsibility because what we teach in the beginning holds the future of the Daughters firmly in its hand. Priestesses may also have other responsibilities, and they are broken down as follows:
  • Event Planners: Responsible for coming up with event ideas and bringing them to the Lady and her advisor to approve and set the appropriate dates for. This is a very Fun position to instill, for whomever heard of a female dark elf who doesn’t like to go to the tavern and have a little fun?
  • Recruiters: A massive responsibility, for the guilds future relies on who is and who is not recruited into our guild. The recruiters should be people who can blend in with different level players, party with them, talk with them and then introduce our ideas. The Recruiters should report their finds to the Advisors and the process will be taken from there.
  • Web Designer: This sister is responsible for the creation of our guild’s web site as well as it’s maintainence. Again, this position holds very high dignity as this is the façade which people will first view of our Guild. The Web Designer has to portray our ideas individually and as a whole and that is a very important responsibility.
High Priestesses: These are the advisors to the Lady of Innoruuk. A High Priestess is one who spends a great deal of time with the guild and has been helpful to the Lady and the High Priestesses. A High Priestess has many responsibilities and are as highly and respectfully regarded as the Lady herself. As the Lady's advisor it is her responsibility to make sure that requests, suggestions and information from the guild members are heard by the Lady of Innoruuk. She may have to help with guild invites and public relations. It is also the High Priestess's responsibility to lead the Lady in the right direction when it comes to the decision making process. It is the High Priestess's position to make sure that the Lady does not abuse her power. We are a democracy and everyone's opinion is valued. If there is such a case where a High Priestess believes that the Lady is doing things that are not parallel to the greater good and ideas of the guild it is her duty to inform other High Priestesses and the Lady of Innoruuk.
Lady of Innoruuk: The Lady of Innoruuk is the ultimate decision maker and vetoer in the guild. Though with the help of her advisors and guild Sisters, it will be rare that a decision will be made without serious backing, as it would be bad for politics. The Lady is mostly a political figure. The Lady will always have finally say in any sort of confrontation or emergency situation conflicting within the guild. That say is to be undisputed.
Social Relations
To any member of the Daughters of Innoruuk, her sisters are her most valued friends and must be treated in that respect. All members must have respect for all other members belonging to the guild. If a sister is disrespectful on more than one occassion, her membership to the Daughters of Innoruuk may be revoked.
Also, outside of guild relations are important. This does not mean that you have to go be nice to the high elves, but a certain amount of respect and decency is expected toward all players in Norrath. We are a highly respected guild and because of this, the way that we present ourselves to others in Norrath is important.
